Relay Valve

The relay valve is designed for fixed-displacement, closed, or load-sensing systems. When used with an accumulator charging valve and suitable accumulator, it provides normal and emergency braking in case of power loss.
Commonly installed near the brake in systems with long brake lines or large brake volumes, it ensures faster response, with output pressure proportional to the pilot pressure.

  3. Fast pressure response with smooth adjustment
  4. Maximum input pressure (all models): 210 bar
  5. Braking pressure setting range: 20–200 bar
  6. Standard valve set point interval: 5 bar
  7. Selectable output/pilot pressure ratio

   Operating Conditions

  1. Working medium: Mineral-based hydraulic oil
  2. Viscosity range: 2.8–380 cSt
  3. Hydraulic oil temperature range: −30°C to +107°C
  4. Cleanliness level: ISO 4406: 18/16/13
  5. Maximum return oil pressure: ≤ 1 bar
